Example

We built a pilot Cert CII training programme for a national personal lines broker.  Historically, staff had studied IF5 Motor insurance products as part of their Certificate – on discussion with learners and managers, we proposed a replacement unit – I10 Insurance broking fundamentals.  This new unit would significantly improve the knowledge base of the learners, particularly from a regulatory perspective, and would also support them moving around the business between the Home and Motor departments.

Training was delivered on the new unit, with 100% of learners passing
