Insurance Apprenticeships

Alongside dedicated training on CII qualifications, we also offer Apprenticeships and have delivered over 500 since 1999.

On 28th May 2020, we were approved by the Government’s Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) as a Main Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP), enabling us to work directly with firms of all sizes to deliver apprenticeships.

Apprenticeships are becoming an increasingly popular way to support learners in the insurance industry; indeed, there is a strong current governmental emphasis on making Apprenticeships a success and broadening their appeal across the country.

We currently offer 3 different Insurance Apprenticeships which correspond to the 3 different CII qualifications

  1. Level 3 Insurance Practitioner (Cert CII)
  2. Level 4 Insurance Professional (Dip CII)
  3. Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional (ACII)

Beyond the pure technical CII qualification, through their learning journey, apprentices also build a range of competences across knowledge, skills and behaviours that can dramatically impact their ability to deliver within the workplace.

We offer advice and guidance on all elements of Insurance Apprenticeships – funding, the Apprenticeship levy, eligibility, learning outcomes, duration and assessment.  It can feel like a very complex world – but part of our role is to demystify the process and demonstrate how Insurance Apprenticeships can work for you and your staff.
